With over 15 unique classes, Core Athletic Reformer Pilates knows how to jam.

Our signature level class for those looking to deepen and challenge their Pilates routine.

Level Three:

Experienced Core members only. We’re working with the advanced Pilates repertoire in this class.

If this class was a boombox it would be outside your window blasting Let’s Stay Together, on repeat. While our Reformer 101 session is a wonderful starting place for beginners due to the slower pace, it’s also a great refresher for those seeking to review the Pilates fundamentals before moving on to other good times in the studio a.k.a our more advanced class offerings. Say it with us: Great form is sexy!

*The Reformer 101 class applies a rehab-based approach to the Pilates Reformer work. If you’re suffering from back pain, sports injury, neuromuscular disorders, Parkinson’s, as well as the actively aging - this class will benefit your body in the best way.

Our Athletic Reformer studio session is a classic baby, it’s never going out of style. Suitable for all fitness levels this signature class applies a modern approach to Pilates using the Pilates Allegro 2 Reformer. We’re talking full body workout in an upbeat and encouraging environment to strengthen and tone those major muscle groups - with an emphasis on your core.

*Yes, there’s more! In addition to the reformer, our instructors will be getting creative with other props such as Bosu balls, stability balls, magic circles, and weights to create an added challenge and variety to your sweat.

Slow Flow - Imagine yourself in a candlelit room with aromatherapy after a long day. *sighhh* This Reformer class slows down your practice by combining slow flows that will leave you feeling enlightened, open, and taller. We take your spine through different ranges of motions and movement to help open the spine and release tension and ease the stress of everyday life. Candlelight Reformer is an excellent addition to your normal exercise routine in place of a higher intensity class when your body needs a little break. Come stretch it out and show your muscles some love at Core - let’s get lit.

Stretch & Reset - Imagine yourself in a candlelit room with aromatherapy after a long day. *sighhh* This Reformer class combines flexibility and stretching with the benefits of Pilates exercises that open the hips, low back, and shoulders. The benefit? Major help on reducing soreness by loosening up tight muscles leaving you feeling more balanced, open and joyful. Candlelight Reformer is an excellent addition to your normal exercise routine in place of a higher intensity class when your body needs a little break. Come stretch it out and show your muscles some love at Core - let’s get lit.

Reiki & Chill - let’s align your chakras and get chill af. Reiki is a meditative practice channeling universe energy using your own hands to heal your mind, body, and soul focusing on chakra flow. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, and leaves you feeling zen. Sage, palo santo, sweet grass, essential oils, and sound bowls are used in this class to aid in your chakra alignment. If you have a favorite crystal bring it and get your woo on. Let’s channel your inner goddess energy and stand in your power.

55 minutes of lengthening endurance sequences to support beautiful lean muscles while increasing your strength - you heard that right! Our Athletic Cadillac instructors focus on small muscles to create balance and tone while improving posture (yeehaw!) and creating length throughout the body.

*Hey, did you know? We are the only studio in the country offering full Cadillac classes, working your body entirely different than the Pilates Reformer. Wowza!

If you don’t always enjoy traditional cardio or are maybe looking to boost your reformer experience with something fresh - we built this class with you in mind! Jump + Sculpt is a fast-paced version of our classic Athletic Flow structure. We’ll keep the beats bumping and your heart pumping with an attachment added to the end of your machine that allows you to work up a sweat with very little stress on the joints. Just a nice little way to tell your body “hey thanks!” but also “let’s get to work.” - are you with us?

This is our signature Athletic Reformer class, with a fat burning high-intensity interval training twist. Our internal formats will give you a major “whoa!” - like in Flashdance where she busts a move dancing to ‘What A Feeling’ type of whoa. To obtain an increased heart rate, this format will alternate between reformer and short cardio intervals making it the perfect mix of calorie blasting good times. If you’re looking for a high-intensity experience while still honoring the classic Pilates principles - Cardio Flow Reformer is your cup of tea.

We took our favorite two pieces of equipment and combined them into one of the best classes yet. This class combines our Athletic Flow class with Pilates Chair work and your muscles are going to love you forever after this one! The chair is traditionally seen in Private Pilates training but we're bringing it to the masses and letting everyone in on its sculpting and muscle building secrets. Get ready to lengthen, strengthen , and tone in this one.

We love a class dedicated to the A team of your body! This reformer class takes you through a series of flows that focuses on your best assets; arms, abs and ass! This 50 minute arm pumping, ab crunching, and ass shaking class will feel you leaving invigorated in all your best places!

We love a good combo class and this one might be our absolute favorite! This Reformer workout utilizes resistance bands, the Pilates box, & the Bosu trainer to leave no muscle untouched. A fast paced class with traditional Pilates Reformer flows that mixes in fun props to challenge each body part, lengthen every muscle, and give you better posture and the strongest Core yet!

This class keeps it real (and tough!) by incorporating heavy weights as you burn n’ firm your way to leaner muscles. By combining the best of both fitness modalities, this Reformer session builds bone mass and keeps you burning calories way after the class has ended. Au revoir, small weights - hello muscles!

*Core Tip: Try to incorporate this class 1-2x a week and you will see improvements in your strength, mood, muscles, and joints!
